VVDI2 (VW-03)48 copy function authorization, you can program/add new keys in case of all keys are lost in a VAG group vehicle:
How to copy VAG 48 transponder using the VVDI2 key programmer:
1. Run the “VVDI2 Quick Start” icon, and click on the Volkswagen brand. Or run the VVDI2 Vag software icon directly.
2. Click “Key learn”>>”4th immobilizer system – copy 48 transponder”
3. The copy 48 procedure requires a PIN and component security byte from the car.
4. Select Get component security from the engine control unit via obdii.
5. Connect the emulator to the VVDI2 commander and turn on the ignition switch with the emulator, OFF/ON 3 times.
(Note: OBD is required when lost all keys).
6. Decode the collected data through the network, and save the calculate 48 data. You can copy/prepare the key with calculate 48 data.
(Note: each successful calculation will cost 100 remote points).
7. A new key is learned by computing 48 data. If the key is made by copying, the engine can be started without learning.
