I programmed a 2019 Ford Expedition remote / start key using xhorse universal smart key. The remote works fine, the car detects the key when it is inside, and the start button turns green. But the car won’ t start unless I put the key in the slot.

The remote you generated is incorrect. Xhorse does not support proximity with 902MHz.

Xhorse and autel have 433 & 315mhz frequency and can be switched between them, but this new truck uses 902 mhz that this universal smart key does not have, so it will not work! !!

These are 902mhz keys, none of xhorse, keydiy, or autel can generate them.
YOU HAVE TO USE THE REMOTE WITH THE EXACT SAME BUTTONS! !!

This is a new generation of motion sensing fob. It is used from 2019 and up.

The FCC ID, part number, and button configurations have to match the original remote.
