This is how to read the ECU data of Mercedes ME 9.7 using VVDI MB TOOL.
Mercedes-Benz ME9.7 connected to ECU to read data, but did not try to reset. Check connection scheme.


Connect the cable of VVDI MB Tool OBD directly to ECU and supply power, every function is fine. If you use the Mercedes-Benz ECU to test the adapter cable, please check whether the can high and can low of the plug are short-circuited. Sometimes the serial port of the ECU adapter is shorted.
In my case I’ve not used resistance.
