1.Connection
Connect Key Tool Max Pro to vehicle via the OBD cable

2.Check original remote

  • Put the original car key into the coil of KEYTOOL Max Pro
  • Tap transponder clone>> read transponder
  • Read out the transponder is 4D 71 (40BITS) 433MHZ

3.Program new remote

  • Put battery CR2032 into VVDI XSTO01GL and put into signal coil


  • Tap remote program>> TOYOTA>> 0140 433.92 ASK
  • The remote programming process is approx. 2 mins
  • Burn success

4.Add new key

  • Back to the main menu
  • Tap IMMO PROGRAMMING>> Select by type>> Smart key system>> Type 2 (8A/4D+ CAN)

  • Turn ignition on
  • Press IMMO Programming
  • Tap Add key
  • Switch ignition on then press OK
  • It shows the number of registered key is 2, and the number of keys that can also be registered is

Follow the on-screen instruction to keep touching the ignition switch with sign surface of a registered key, complete the operations within 30 seconds after clicking OK

After touching, we hear 1 beep



Press OK and maintain contact with the ignition switch using the sign surface of the key that needs to be registered for 30 seconds.


If key sound once, take the key father away. If key sound twice, it is programmed successfully.

Key detected, programming…
Keep the key touching the ignition switch
Make sure all steps are completed, and wait for registration to complete
Keep registration succeeded

Now the number of registered key is 3, and the number of keys that can also be registered is 4.
