(Solved) Condor Mini power ON, light ON but screen OFF

When it is powered on, the lights will stay on but the screen will turn off. I have to let it sit for several minutes before the screen will come back on.
Solved!
Put down the machine and take out those screws like the picture shows:
Take out that power board and check the output voltage if it’s 24V in the position like the picture shows ( mark with a circle), if not, check the input voltage ( mark in the arrow ) if has 110/220 V,if the input voltage is normal, which means the power board is damaged.
