Inside the box, we find a key reader, a user manual, and a power adapter. The device itself is a square-shaped box.

So what is the key reader?

The key reader is a device that can identify car key shapes fast and precisely. It is portable and professional, and it was created by Xhrose. It can handle both metal and plastic keys.
 

And the user manual is written in both English and Chinese.

The power adapter is for plugging the key reader into an electric source.

And how to use a key reader?

Plug it into an electric source and switch it on. The screen will show its serial number. We also need a key cutter like XC-Mini Plus II to complete the cutting process.

Alright.

Choose the appropriate key blank and follow the instructions.

Press the button and insert the key you want to copy.

Press “start to recognize”. It will take only a few seconds to show the result. And then you will have the shape of the key.
