How to solve the "configuration file does not exist" error in Xhorse Key Tool Max Pro?

Solution for ‘Configuration File Not Existing’ error in Xhorse Key Tool Max Pro.

I’ m having trouble logging into xhorse vvdi key tool max pro after registering.
The error message says ‘ Configuration File Not Existing’ .

Do you know how to fix this issue?

Solution:

Long press power button on the left side of the key tool max pro.

  • Long press middle area for 2 minutes to reboot device

  • Back to main screen, press this button

  • Select Setting-> Application-> Xhorse app-> Storage-> Clear cache

After clearing the cache, log in to the app again.
Note that you should long-press the middle area but not other function buttons.
