Qusetion:An error “5000_Please use the Xhorse App to bind the device to the current login account before calculating”pops up when I try to clone ID48 on my smartphone with VVDI Mini Key Tool.
Solution:
Before calculating ID48, your device must be linked to the account.Here are the steps to follow:
- Enter the related interface by tapping Device& History at the right bottom corner
- Click “Combine device” after device info. shows up
- And it will appear the user account and device SN
- To get a code with your smartphone, click send and then tap “Combine device” at the interface bottom.
Then the problem will be solved!
