One customer gave feedback that he wanted to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005L to cut Plastic/Aluminium key, and he found instruction on Google, but he didn’t see the option ‘Plastic/Aluminium key cutting’ in his key cutting machine. So he asks for help to cut the key.

Tip1: First position with the metal key, then hit Pause when the cutter starts spinning, then put on the plastic key and hit Resume.
Tip2: There is no option for M5 clamp, use M2 clamp instead and it will show up. I have a dolphin and a condor mini 2, that’s how I learned. If you have the same issue with Dolphin XP005L key cutting machine, you can try the solutions above.
